All domestic orders ship free.
International orders are charged based on calculated rates.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments.

Domestic (Within the United States)

Shipping Cost: Free on all domestic orders.
Processing Time: Orders typically process within 1–4 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.
Local Pickup: If you’re in the area and prefer pickup, please contact us to arrange.

International

Shipping Cost  Calculated at checkout (based on weight, dimensions, and destination).
Processing Time: 1–4 business days before the order ships.
Estimated Delivery Time:** Varies by country and service selected; ETA will be shown at checkout.
Tracking: Tracking is provided for most international destinations. Some countries may have limited tracking once the package leaves the U.S.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country.
Prohibited/Restricted Items: Some items may be restricted in international destinations. If this affects your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service)
Service Levels: We may use First-Class, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or Light/Parcel Post based on order size and destination.
Packaging: Items are packaged securely to protect during transit.

Order Tracking & Notifications

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
You can track your package on the USPS website using the provided tracking number.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and resolve promptly.

FAQ

Do you offer free shipping internationally? No. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Changes may be limited after fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need an update.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, via USPS, unless the destination requires a non-delivery address.
