​No-Refunds-No-Exchange Policy – Small Small Collections

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, Small Small Collections (the “Company”) offers a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy. Many of our hats are custom-made or personalized to order, and as such are non-returnable and non-refundable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Scope

Applies to all products sold on our website, including custom-made and personalized items.
Pre-orders, limited editions, and special customization requests are also covered by this policy.

When a Return, Exchange, or Refund Is Not Available

Any item that has been customized or personalized according to your specifications (text, color, size, embellishments, engraving, patches, etc.).
Items made-to-order or produced specifically for you that have not been stocked prior to your purchase.

Items that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition or packaging.

Exceptions (At Our Discretion)

If a product arrives in a condition significantly different from the description or is defective upon arrival, we may offer a remediation at our sole discretion. This could include a replacement or credit, but it is not guaranteed and will depend on the specific circumstances.

If you believe there was a clear error on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization, wrong item sent), contact us within 7 days of delivery to review the issue. We may request photos and details to assess eligibility for remediation.

Process for Reportable Issues

Contact Support: VIA CONTACT US OPTION with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Evaluation: Our team will review the submission and determine if a remediation is warranted under the exceptions above.

Resolution: If approved, we will provide a correction at our discretion (e.g., replacement or store credit), subject to availability and at our sole discretion.

We strongly recommend double-checking personalization fields before submitting your order.

No refunds or exchanges are available for any reason other than the discretionary remediation described above.
