(((Please read before purchase)) There is no refunds on this product. The item is a final sale. We ship in a 16x16x2 Bag. The hat is too large to leave unfolded and has to be shipped folded in a bag. We send instructions on how to remove the crease to wear.

You will have to fold this hat for travel and vacations. It is straw and will restore to it's a original shape with steam and pressure. Use a steam iron or steamer and your hand to smooth out any dents or creases that may occur during travel or shipping. Straw has an excellent memory and will snap back like new with steam and pressure.
