It's steam shaped and packed with the brim flipped inside out to protect the curve of the hat. It may get a few dents in travel even though we protect it as much as we can. You can fold this hat for travel and vacations. It is straw and will restore to it's a original shape with steam and pressure. Use a steam iron or steamer and your hand to smooth out any dents or creases that may occur during travel or shipping. Straw has an excellent memory and will snap back like new with steam and pressure.

Our hats can be folded for travel and vacations. Each hat comes with a free gift and instructions on how to remove creases or dents.
